Dell Streak 7 WiFi Review

Dell Streak 7 WiFi Tablet – Truly Mobile Device

Dell, the reliable computer manufacturer has released Dell Streak 7 WiFi, that I want to describe as a “Mobile Device” instead of a tablet. Because that’s what Dell Streak 7 WiFi is. (got it at $319.99 here)

I was quite curious about all these tablets that are available out there on the market, and has been looking for a really comfortable way to be online when I am on the go.I like the “Tablets” portability, because they are definitely more portable than the laptops.

The iPad is for me definitely too big to carry everywhere without a bag, and I also paid attention on Samsung Galaxy Tab, I thought too, it is not what I need.

I needed a tablet that I can use not only on my couch, bedroom, but also on the go.

I was aware that The Galaxy Tab Wifi would fit in my jacket pocket, although it will stick out a bit, but what about in summer? when it is too hot to wear jacket?

The Dell Streak 7 WiFi was released, and I booked and got one. The very first message that displayed when I turned it on, was a message telling that this Android tablet runs on Android 2.2 Operating System, Froyo (with the ability to upgrade for Honeycomb).

What a brilliant tablet for multitasking, while you are listening music, you will be able to receive emails or accessing GPS data without having those applications showing on your screen.

The size is fantastic! It is smaller than iPad and Galaxy tab, it just looks great, and feels good in my hand, I nearly always use only my right hand to have my tablet, very portable.

Dell Streak 7 WiFi has a capacitive display like iPhone, but easy to clean with the fiber cloth, and it is fingerprint resistent, although after you unbox it, just do a wipe a little bit on the screen and it will be crystal clear.

This Dell Streak 7 WiFi is a powerful entertainment device, you will get nearly everything, internet on the go, Phone, GPS, front and back camera, it is a real tablet.

Dell has built a perfect tablet for me, it is a balance between a clear display, good looking device, and easy to carry everywhere.

The portability of this Dell Streak 7 WiFi a godsend, I can really lie down on my couch or bed, holding this tablet with only one hand, and this thing will not fall on me.

Dell Streak 7 WiFi Tablet Review Summary

Choosing tablet size is really depending on your needs. The 10-inches range tablets definitely will give you more large screen and viewing area but it is not as portable as the 7-inches tablets. The 7-inch tablet including this Dell Streak 7 WiFi is definitely more portable, easy to thumb type on, a great size to use everywhere.

If you are looking for a tablet that you want to carry anywhere, a 7 inch screen Dell Streak 7 WiFi is a good choice.
