Get rid of facebook error “Do you know this user personally? To prevent misuse of Facebook, this request can’t be sent. To learn more please visit the Help Center solution. If you believe you’re seeing this message in error, you can report the problem.”
This usually happens if you try to randomly add some people in facebook to be your friends. Then why does this error message appear?
The error message will look like.
It is mainly because the person whom you want to add set “the privacy settings” to “high” so not everyone can add them as friends. 
Some people can get rid of this message with:
1. Try to ask the person nicely.
2. Keep on clicking the “error” button, and following by clicking “add” repeate it again.
3. Funny advice, but we can only try, change your name to a female name, it would usually do the tricks.
I strongly recommend you ask the person nicely, and be nice :D
