NP900X3A-A03US Samsung Series 9 Laptop Overview

NP900X3A-A03US is the MacBook Air Killer. This Samsung laptop is exactly what I wanted. It has all I wanted it to be my desktop replacement, a portable laptop to take with me.

Actually, I was a bit skeptical because there are tops reviews about so many different netbooks, and laptops out there.

Since I looked for a portable laptop, I decided to get a 11-13 inch range screen size. After a few researches, I noticed that Samsung is a great reliable laptop producer on the most of reviews I gone to. (Save your $$$ here!)

The Intel Core i5-2537M “Sandy Bridge” was a great match for a super portable laptop with 4GB DDR3 RAM capacity, a 128GB solid State Drive, 13.3-inch LED screen, bluetooth 3.0, webcam and all of those weighing at only 2.88 pounds!

What great is, this machine includes a chargeable USB 2.0 that can be used to charge your phone eventhough this device is not on.

I am overall very pleased with this 13.3″ laptop. It replaced MacBook Air, but for Windows users.

It has a backlit keyboard, multi-touch touchpad, dedicated graphics, and an i5 intel dual-core processor. Love the keyboard and the touchpad, they are the best I have ever had. You would not find many choices with this price point, very limited.

Especially, if you want to have two years extra years MacBook Air warranty and its additional gbs RAM, the Air will cost a lot more than this NP900X3A-A03US. It comes with 4GB RAM and 3 years of Samsung standard warranty.
This machine is truly elegantly designed, with its duralumin, this laptop is really thin and light on its category, you barely feel it.

I was a little surprised, because there was not so much boatware installed, and I could remove the unecessary pre-installed bloatware easily. It was really nice, saved my time alot.

NP900X3A-A03US comes with 128GB SSD (Solid State Drive). It reboots very fast, actually I have never had that fast boot, it was about a few seconds, FAST. Processing power wise, this laptop runs CS5 programs from Adobe smoothly, eventhough I did multitasking which was playing games.

The weight is fantastic, so many people who have seen my laptop can not believe how light this machine is. My bag is very much lighter since I got it.

The bettery life is excellent, about 4-5 hours, I hardly think about plugging this laptop into the AC adapter while I was doing my heavy duty computational tasks, which is great!
